We provide digital services that may include mobile data purchase, airtime recharge, wallet funding, cable TV subscriptions, electricity bill payments, exam PINs, and other VTU-related services. Service availability may change at any time based on provider availability, maintenance, or business decisions.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration and contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, transaction PIN, email, and device secure.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You are responsible for all transactions made through your account unless proven otherwise.
4. Wallet Funding and Payments
Wallet funding may be processed through bank transfer, card payment, payment gateways, or other available channels. You must ensure you follow the payment instructions correctly. Charges, limits, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Transactions and Delivery
- Most successful transactions are processed instantly, but delays may occur due to network/provider downtime.
- You must confirm phone numbers, meter numbers, decoder/IUC numbers, plan selections, and other details before payment.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect details entered by you.
- Transaction status shown on your dashboard is the primary record for your orders.
6. Refunds and Reversals
Refunds may be issued only where a transaction fails and our system or service provider confirms that value was not delivered. Refunds may be credited to your wallet or handled through another approved method. Completed and successfully delivered transactions are generally not refundable.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the platform for fraud, unauthorized access, money laundering, illegal activity, abuse of promotions, system interference, or any action that may harm mythic wave data, other users, service providers, or payment partners.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep our platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be delayed, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, third-party provider issues, internet failures, compliance requirements, or events beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, mythic wave data will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, failed third-party systems, user mistakes, delayed provider responses, or unauthorized transactions caused by your failure to secure your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we suspect fraud, security risk, violation of these terms, illegal activity, chargeback abuse, or misuse of our platform.
